How it works

Every trainer can have a salary, commission only, or both. Commission is a percentage of the session or a fixed amount per session, set for each trainer — or left alone, so your gym's default percentage applies.

Sell a trainer with a membership at the desk and their fee and commission are recorded on the sale. Completed personal training sessions carry the commission they earned.

Trainers with a staff account are paid through payslips, commission included; for the rest, GymsPilotPro shows what they are owed so you can pay them by hand. Either way it lands in your profit and loss.

What it does

  • A salary, or commission only
  • Percent or fixed commission per session
  • Trainer sold with a membership
  • Commission on every completed session
  • Counted in profit and loss

Staff & payslips

Rotas, time off and payslips — and everyone sees only their own part.

  • Manager, front desk, trainer, accountant
  • Shift rota everyone can see
  • Time-off requests to approve

Profit & loss

Membership, admission, trainer fees and the shop, set against commission, expenses, equipment and salaries.

  • Money in: membership, admission, trainers, shop
  • Money out: commission, expenses, equipment, salaries
  • Each cost counted once
