How it works
Attendance → Today is the desk's view of the day. Every visit, newest first: arrival number, member ID, name, phone, package, when it runs out, time in and out, and a status — Paid, Unpaid, Expiring, Balance due or Frozen. It refreshes itself every 15 seconds.
Across the top are the day's counts: visits, members, staff, who is in now, and how many came in paid, unpaid or still owing. The dashboard shows the same paid and unpaid numbers, counted the same way.
Mistakes happen. Fix a check-in or check-out time with a note, or void a visit that should not count — the history is kept. Visits nobody checked out of are closed overnight and marked “No check-out”, without inventing a time.
