How it works
Someone walks in and wants to join. Users → Add member takes it all on one screen: who they are and how they get their password, the package, when it starts — today, after a number of days or on a date — a discount with a note of why, the admission fee charged, waived or at a different amount, and a personal trainer with their fee and commission.
Record how they paid — cash, a card on your own terminal, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or another mobile wallet — and how much they paid now. These are payment methods you record, not a payment gateway: the money reaches you as it always has. The total and the balance due are worked out as you fill the form in.
Save, and the member and their membership are created together — or, if anything is wrong, neither is. You get their member ID straight away, the password to hand over once if you chose one, and a thermal receipt of what was recorded.
