How it works

Plenty of members pay in instalments. Sell the membership with what they paid today and it starts at once; the rest is a balance due, on the membership and on their invoice.

When they bring the next part, Collect fees → Collect dues takes it against the balance — cash, card, bank transfer or wallet — and prints a receipt showing what is still owed; the invoice lists every payment received. The members list shows each member's balance, and the Dues list totals what everyone owes.

The desk is reminded too. A member with money owing is checked in as normal, with an amber “Balance due” warning and, if you want it, a spoken “Please clear your balance”.
